The constant shifts in marketing industry such as automation, AI-driven content, and acceleration of retail media require a support which understands that media, tech, and data delivered in isolation will no longer suffice.
Mastermind Suite introduces an innovative approach to examining and interpreting marketing data by leveraging advanced data visualizations and business intelligence widgets. This comprehensive solution empowers clients to gain a holistic understanding of their data, enabling them to explore various data layers in-depth. Ultimately, this enhanced perspective facilitates informed decision-making processes.
DESIGN PROCESS
Implementing a design process in a UX project brings clarity and structure, ensuring a systematic approach to problem-solving and user experience enhancement. It fosters collaboration among team members, promoting a shared understanding of goals and user needs, leading to more cohesive and effective design outcomes. Additionally, the iterative nature of the design process allows for continuous refinement and adaptation, ultimately resulting in a user-centered product that meets both functional requirements and user expectations.
DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF USERS
LEADING A TEAM OF 5 DESIGNERS I INITIATED TO CARRIED OUT COMPREHENSIVE INTERVIEWS WITH A SAMPLE OF NUMEROUS USERS WHO UTILIZED THE COMPLETE SUITE OF MASTERMIND PRODUCTS. OUR OBJECTIVE WAS TO ESTABLISH DISTINCT USER PERSONAS FOR BOTH THE ENTIRE SUITE AND EACH INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT
One of the first steps in my design process is identifying and researching who we are designing for so that I can focus on the groups of users that matter the most, and ensure that the design meets or beats their expectations.
UX design is all about designing solutions that are entered on the user. A deep understanding of users helps us create products that are intuitive, easy to use, and enjoyable for the user.
Personas are great representation of a wider audience that shares the same key motivations and insights. They’re good for keeping subjectivity out of feedback cycles, and becoming a north star for any strategic design decisions moving forward.
Before embarking on the design it was crucial to gather concrete evidence of our user’s frustrations.
Some of the main pain points:
- Functionality not aligned with users workflow
- The new QA process is blocking the jobs to be done
- Trouble with creation of campaign sheet
- No integration with some DSPs
- Poor loading time
- Missing bulk uploading
- etc.

Optimization Engine provides insights to make informed budget reallocation decisions supported by models, algorithms, and machine learning. Recommendations are directly tied to business outcomes and reallocates budget towards the best performing media channels and campaigns.

Audience Hub delivers actionable insights that enable campaign optimization through overlap reporting and reach and frequency analysis.
The result of UX activities is the transformation of manual activities into innovative features thanks to understanding overlap and reach across campaigns, audiences, and tactics to avoid inefficient targeting caused by shady retargeting tactics and overlapping data sets.

INDICATOR
Data visualizations used to determine the metrics that matter in driving digital campaign performance. Users get a more granular understanding of what specific factors in their campaigns are driving or negatively impacting their primary KPI(s)
Users are empowered with the capability to choose a specific channel, enabling them to access comprehensive data presented on the page dedicated to that selection. The recent update incorporates a uniform layout across all Mastermind products. This cohesive design not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also contributes to a more seamless user experience, facilitating the easier assimilation of information. Introducing an additional waterfall chart feature, users can now effectively compare two Dimension Values, adding depth and analytical capabilities to the platform.
DESIGN SYSTEM
I utilized components from our core library, the Splash Design System, to build UI for the Mastermind Product Suite.This approach ensured consistent and accessible designs. My team heavy involved in developing the components of the Splash Design System
